     The machine will be delivered within a maximum of 50 working days.
2. What are the payment terms? * First, customers need to pay 50% of the total order price as a deposit, and then we start producing the machine. After the machine is completed, customers will be invited to our factory for testing. After successful inspection, customers need to pay the remaining 50% of the total amount before the machine is shipped.
3. How to pack? * We use standard wooden cases to export machines, ensuring protection from corrosion and damage during transportation.
4. How about after-sales service?
* In our factory, we provide training and testing services. In addition, we will provide customers with installation instructions and operation videos for their convenience. If customers need our engineers to go abroad for after-sales assistance, they will be responsible for paying the engineer’s salary of US$200 per day, as well as round-trip air tickets and accommodation expenses.
